In the rare Occasion of a defect in a product you receive from us, return it for an immediate replacement. We will pay all shipping costs in such case.
If there is an error in shipment and you receive the wrong item, we will reship the correct item to you at no charge, upon receipt of the wrong product back. Mistakes can happen, but we do our best to avoid them!
If you decide you would like to return a product, just because you do not like it, we will be happy to oblige, as long as the following holds true:
1. The product is unopened and unused.
2. There are no parts missing.
3. The package is in the original condition.
Returns for cash or credit card refunds are also possible, under some conditions, and will occur a 10% restocking fee.
